Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our Operations pod and ensure every departure delivers a memorable experience. Based on‑site, you will coordinate all aspects of domestic and international trips from planning through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate end‑to‑end trip operations for both domestic and international itineraries.
• Liaise with vendors, local guides and partners to guarantee smooth on‑ground execution.
• Work closely with sales and marketing to align customer bookings with backend logistics.
• Create and maintain trip documents, checklists, trackers and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Handle pre‑trip and on‑trip escalations, providing quick resolutions.
• Maintain high‑quality customer experience through timely communication and coordination.
• Track inventory, bookings and travel essentials for each departure.
• Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of operations systems and processes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in operations, preferably in travel, events or hospitality.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours according to trip schedules.
• Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences.
