Operational Resilience & Governance Expert

About the role

MSIG Europe, part of the top 10 global insurer MS&AD and headquartered in Brussels, is looking for an Operational Resilience and Governance Expert. You will coordinate the implementation of the DORA regulation and operational resilience topics within an international Operations Service team serving European countries, driving improvements across processes, systems and business model in line with the team strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational resilience work and answer internal audit issues and regulator requests in coordination with the team
• Support Business Continuity Management: annual review, workshops, business impact analysis and identification of critical functions
• Keep operational resilience documentation up to date and coordinate with teams to close regulatory gaps
• Take part in the annual DORA and operational resilience self-assessment and follow up training and testing plans
• Improve operational resilience continuously and select third parties to run scenario testing

Required profile

• Master's degree
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in external consulting, within banking or insurance
• Very good English and experience with, or strong affinity for, operational regulation and legislation in the financial industry
• Autonomous, proactive, able to work under pressure, with excellent cross-level communication skills
• Appetite for change, team player who meets deadlines
