About the role
Join a dynamic, human‑sized international IT company located near Brussels. As the Office Manager you will ensure smooth daily operations, support the team with administrative tasks and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee office management and facilities, ensuring a well‑functioning work environment.
- Provide administrative support including travel arrangements, email handling, phone calls, invoicing and calendar planning.
- Organise and coordinate trainings, events and internal communications.
- Assist HR functions such as recruitment support, fleet management, expense processing and general HR administration.
- Manage social media channels and internal communication tools.
Required profile
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Several years of experience in a similar office management or administrative role.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organised and strong written and spoken communication skills.
