Office Manager – Customer Service Support (Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Office Manager to support our Customer Service team in Kruibeke, Belgium. You will act as the first point of contact for colleagues, ensure smooth daily operations, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support and coordination for the Customer Service team.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal colleagues.
• Manage quotations, orders, deliveries, and complaints.
• Organise and optimise administrative office processes in close collaboration with Sales, Logistics and other departments.
• Coordinate customer projects, installations and appointments.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations.
• Enjoy taking responsibility and providing professional guidance to a team.
• Strong organisational skills with a structured, solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, customer focus and a collaborative spirit.
• Fluent in Dutch and very good English.

Required skills

• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications.
