Offensive Security Penetration Tester – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Offensive Security Specialist to join a classified, 12‑month contract in the Flemish Region of Belgium. You will work within an elite cyber‑defence team, performing penetration tests and vulnerability assessments on complex on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute penetration testing engagements across diverse targets.
• Perform both automated and manual testing on complex systems and applications.
• Identify, analyse, and exploit vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
• Develop and customise testing methodologies and exploit frameworks.
• Produce clear, actionable reports for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to define remediation and detection strategies.

Required profile

• Strong experience in offensive security and penetration testing.
• Active EU SECRET clearance.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus/Tenable, and Cobalt Strike.
• Solid knowledge of exploit frameworks, threat intelligence and attack methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Experience testing both on‑premises and cloud environments.
