Odoo Developer

About the role

We are looking for an Odoo Developer who enjoys turning real‑world problems into smart, functional solutions. You will work on projects that have a tangible impact for our clients, either as a full‑time employee or a freelancer.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical and functional analyses to design custom Odoo solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and clear technical documentation.
• Develop, test, and validate new features that address real business requirements.
• Participate in client workshops and internal meetings to share ideas and improve solutions.
• Train end‑users and conduct feasibility studies to ensure successful adoption.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Linux (Ubuntu).
• Familiarity with Odoo is a plus.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and writing PostgreSQL queries.
• Comfortable communicating in French or Dutch, with a good level of English.
• Experience with Git, VS Code and standard web‑development tools.
• Interest in AI development and a solution‑oriented mindset.
