Northern European Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Ovarro is seeking a Northern European Supply Chain Manager to oversee operations for its Belgian and Netherlands offices. You will act as the Operations leader for two locations, ensuring the delivery of the company’s operational and revenue plans while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operations for the two sites and support delivery of Ovarro’s operational and revenue targets.
• Report to the Operations Director on all quality‑related delivery and supply issues.
• Maintain regular demand forecasts, accounting for consumption trends, product discontinuations and spikes, and adjust ordering accordingly.
• Conduct regular meetings with sub‑contract manufacturers to align supply activities.
• Critically review product and delivery quality issues, raise Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and drive timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an international supply chain.
• Strong supplier management capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems such as 123 insight or Microsoft Dynamics (advantageous).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; French and Dutch are preferred.

Required skills

• ERP software proficiency (123 insight, Microsoft Dynamics).
