Non-IT Buyer

About the role

MSIG Europe, part of the MS&AD Insurance Group, is looking for an energetic Non-IT Buyer to strengthen its Procurement function. As the main procurement advisor for third-party spend across the countries where MSIG Europe operates, you will drive commercial value, ensure compliance, optimise supplier relationships and help embed a high-performing procurement culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main procurement advisor for third-party spend across MSIG Europe.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders so procurement initiatives match business needs.
• Identify savings opportunities and optimise existing contracts.
• Ensure suppliers meet regulatory, ethical and CSR standards.
• Develop market insights and turn them into smart procurement solutions.
• Negotiate and implement supplier contracts and service agreements.
• Maintain preferred supplier lists and ensure timely contract renewals.
• Support procurement best practices and contribute to a modern, high-value procurement function.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe.

Required profile

• Strong procurement experience, ideally in a regulated or international environment.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Confidence working across borders and managing diverse supplier relationships.
• Commitment to integrity, transparency and high professional standards.
• Fluent in English and French; another language is an advantage.
