.NET Architect

About the role

ATCON GLOBAL is seeking an experienced .NET Solution Architect to lead the technical architecture of a portfolio of enterprise applications. You will collaborate with project leaders, development teams, product owners, and fellow architects to design scalable solutions and ensure technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the target architecture for a portfolio of applications.
• Review, validate, and challenge functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure high code quality through architecture governance and technical reviews.
• Report application progress and technical status to project leaders and development management.
• Guide development teams in adopting client standards, technologies, and best practices.
• Lead technical discussions and support multiple Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate technical activities across development teams during sprint execution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to challenge solution designs and technical decisions.
• Investigate complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a .NET Architect or Senior .NET Technical Lead.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor development teams.
• Strong leadership within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple development teams and align technical delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
