NATO Integrated Cyber Defence Centre Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

The contractor will join the Cyber Operations Section and the NICC Enterprise Coordinator Office in SHAPE, providing full‑time on‑site support for the NATO Integrated Cyber Defence Centre (NICC). Reporting to the CYOP Section Head, the role involves active participation in daily CDT activities, coordination with co‑located teams in Mons, and regular reporting on NICC implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide continuous, high‑quality on‑site support to the Cyber Operations Section and NICC Enterprise Coordinator Office.
• Track decisions, actions and deliverables related to NICC activities.
• Coordinate with NICC stakeholders such as ACO, JISD and NCIA.
• Facilitate interaction between the on‑site NICC team and other NATO entities.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports on NICC implementation.

Required profile

• Experience in cyber‑defence coordination or related NATO/defence environments.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Mons, Belgium.
• Possession of NATO SECRET security clearance or ability to obtain it.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills in a multinational setting.
