Mobile & Native Engineer (Founding Team)

About the role

Bond is looking for a founding Mobile & Native Engineer to bring its AI Chief of Staff to iOS, Android, and desktop platforms. You will work directly with the founders, shaping the native experience from day one and delivering a fast, always‑fresh assistant that executives can rely on wherever they are.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a native mobile app that delivers Bond’s daily briefing, AI assistant, and action items.
• Re‑create the streaming AI chat experience with token‑by‑token responses, voice input, and real‑time tool activity.
• Implement robust real‑time synchronization using Server‑Sent Events, handling background fetch, push notifications, reconnection, and offline‑first patterns.
• Ship the personalized executive briefing as a native surface, ensuring low latency and high reliability.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define product vision and technical architecture.

Required profile

• Proven experience building production‑grade native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile lifecycle constraints, background execution, and push notification systems.
• Comfort with real‑time data streams and offline‑first design.
• Passion for AI‑driven products and delivering polished user experiences.
