Medior User Infrastructure Specialist (Technical/Installation)

About the role

Digipolis Antwerp is seeking a Medior User Infrastructure Specialist to join its Workplace Team as part of the Secure Workplace 2.0 transformation program. The role focuses on operational management, stability and optimisation of the digital workplace environment, supporting enterprise‑wide Microsoft workplace services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second‑line and third‑line support for workplace‑related incidents and requests.
• Manage and support Microsoft workplace environments and endpoint infrastructure, including device management with Microsoft Intune.
• Configure and maintain policies for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners and other workplace peripherals.
• Follow up on incidents and problems, contributing to operational stability and process improvement.
• Document procedures, share knowledge and collaborate closely with internal Workplace Team members and stakeholders.
• Support operational continuity and suggest proactive optimisation for RUN operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in user infrastructure or workplace support roles.
• Strong background in second‑line or third‑line IT support within Microsoft environments.
• Proficiency in Dutch at CEFR C2 level (mandatory).
• Good understanding of ITIL‑based incident and problem management processes.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and communicate effectively in a team.
