Medior Project Lead

About the role

VeroTech is looking for a Medior Project Lead to drive large‑scale infrastructure projects that ensure a reliable electricity supply. You will manage the full lifecycle of new electrical installations, from concept through delivery, while working in a dynamic, sustainability‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and technical requirements for high‑voltage installations.
• Design and develop preliminary designs for electrical infrastructure.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate on‑site execution with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare tender documents and support the procurement process.
• Report progress to management and ensure proper administrative project closure.
• Work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanics.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Affinity with high‑voltage installations and infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Driver’s license B.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a very good understanding of the other language, and professional English.
