Medical Science Liaison – Psoriasis (Belgium)

About the role

LEO Pharma is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on psoriasis to join its Belgian team. Based in Brussels, you will act as a trusted scientific partner, bridging cutting‑edge research with clinical practice and helping shape the future of psoriasis care across Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with leading dermatologists and key external experts through regular field engagement.
• Provide balanced, scientifically robust information on LEO Pharma’s psoriasis products, research activities, and pipeline developments.
• Identify insights and evidence gaps, and develop scientific initiatives, advisory boards, and expert meetings.
• Drive KEE‑led and medical projects from concept to execution, ensuring effective follow‑up and delivery across regions.
• Share scientific insights internally and support medical review activities in collaboration with Scientific Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and Sales.

Required profile

• Field‑based professional based in Belgium with a strong external focus (approximately 80% of time spent with healthcare professionals).
• Demonstrated ability to act as a scientific partner and support implementation of a medical strategy.
• Experience in identifying scientific insights, evidence gaps, and leading expert‑led projects.
• Excellent communication skills for high‑quality scientific exchange.
