Mechanical Engineer – 3D CAD Design (NX)

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to create detailed mechanical parts and assemblies using 3D CAD (NX) within a Teamcenter PLM environment. You will translate R&D requirements into manufacturable designs, ensuring they meet functional, production, and assembly standards.

Key responsibilities

• Convert R&D specifications into detailed 3D models and multi‑part assemblies in NX.
• Validate part fixation, multiphysical interfaces, and design constraints.
• Participate in design reviews with R&D and senior mechanical engineers.
• Generate precise 2D technical drawings following industry norms and tolerance requirements.
• Create assembly documentation, hierarchical BOMs, and manage data in Teamcenter.
• Apply D‑FMEA principles to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability and assembly.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanics.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD software for part and assembly design (NX preferred).
• Ability to produce detailed 2D drawings with proper standards and tolerance analysis.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter for BOM management is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
• Fluent in English and French.
