Mechanical Design Engineer

About the role

We are a Belgian engineering consulting firm supporting SMEs and large industrial organisations in turning innovation and R&D projects into reality. We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to create and develop complex industrial equipment using SolidWorks.

Key responsibilities

• Produce mechanical drawings and 3D models in SolidWorks.
• Design welded assemblies and structural components.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of complex industrial equipment.
• Perform technical analysis of drawings and understand equipment functionality.
• Collaborate with project teams and support technical coordination.
• Work on large‑scale structures and specialised technical environments.

Required profile

• Mechanical engineering degree (mandatory).
• Proven experience in industrial mechanical design.
• Strong curiosity, openness to new technologies, and analytical mindset.
• Attention to detail and rigorous technical approach.

Required skills

• SolidWorks (advanced proficiency).
