Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a full‑stack Marketing Specialist at XFA, you will own the end‑to‑end marketing lifecycle, partnering directly with the founders to build the brand and generate pipeline across Europe. This role blends creative design, strategic planning, and hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing cybersecurity startup.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the XFA website end‑to‑end, design pages, write copy and optimise for SEO using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Create compelling content and visuals, including video scripting, editing, and maintaining a regular LinkedIn presence.
• Develop and launch 360° product campaigns with messaging, landing pages and promotional videos.
• Own paid advertising strategy and email marketing in HubSpot, building newsletters, automated nurturing sequences and lead magnets.
• Plan and execute event participation, handling booth negotiations, logistics, travel and on‑site representation.
• Draft press releases, gather customer testimonials and produce sales enablement materials such as pitch decks.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in design, content creation and digital marketing.
• Comfortable switching between video editing, HubSpot workflows and SEO dashboards within the same day.
• Ability to make B2B cybersecurity messaging modern, clean and engaging.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, scrappy and adept at using modern AI tools to accelerate work.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional European languages (French, German, Dutch) are a plus.
