Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join a fast‑moving, remote‑first organisation based in Belgium. In this role you will act as the operational backbone of the marketing team, turning strategy into coordinated, on‑time campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events and brand initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps and task tracking for several concurrent workstreams.
• Work closely with Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition and Retention teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, project meetings and status updates, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Support marketing leadership by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and managing priorities.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, budgets, milestones and capacity using tools such as Jira or Notion.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimising workflows and contributing to post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations or a similar coordination role.
• Experience in iGaming, esports, gaming or another fast‑paced digital industry is highly preferred.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings, track action items and ensure project accountability from start to finish.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as content, social, influencer, CRM, partnerships, paid media and customer acquisition.
