Marketing Lead Pharmacy Business

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead Pharmacy Business to drive pharmacy and consumer marketing for a flagship cardiovascular and venous disease brand. The role sits at the intersection of consumer healthcare, pharmacy engagement and prescription medicines, combining strategic brand management with innovative pharmacy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the pharmacy channel strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
• Create compelling sell‑out programs and in‑pharmacy activation campaigns.
• Design and launch omnichannel direct‑to‑consumer campaigns.
• Produce promotional tools and materials for the field force and collaborate with sales teams for execution excellence.
• Identify new growth opportunities through customer and market insights, managing agencies, budgets and timelines.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance continuously.
• Identify unmet needs of pharmacists and translate insights into scalable pharmacy solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects across therapeutic areas, working closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Digital teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, OTC, consumer healthcare or pharmacy marketing.
• Proven experience in brand management and customer activation.
• Strong understanding of the pharmacy environment and experience developing omnichannel campaigns.
• Project‑management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and communication abilities.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French; advanced English is a strong asset.
