Marketing Intern - Local Marketing

About the role

Deliveroo Belgium's marketing team is looking for a flexible, eager-to-learn Marketing Intern to play a key role in frontline marketing operations. The internship suits someone who may not yet have a fully defined skillset and wants to understand how a fast-growing business operates. It is based in Brussels and runs for 6 months, with a possible extension up to 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns so they are launched accurately and on time
• Help localise and adapt marketing content and assets for the Belgian market, including centrally led initiatives
• Provide operational support for CRM campaigns, preparing, localising, reviewing and coordinating customer communications across channels
• Manage and push live in-app messaging
• Coordinate marketing assets and copy across English, French and Dutch, keeping content locally relevant and consistent
• Perform quality checks on campaign assets, copy, links and placements before launch
• Work with the Merchant Marketing team and other stakeholders on initiatives, help prepare presentations and campaign materials, and identify ways to streamline recurring processes

Required profile

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Belgium (business, economics, marketing, communications or similar)
• Curious, proactive and organised, with a strong eye for detail and comfort with content
• Able to adapt in a fast-moving environment and comfortable combining creative tasks with operational work
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets and presentation software is helpful
• Previous experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus but not required
