Marketing Intern – KitKat (6‑month paid internship)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s KitKat team in Brussels for a six‑month paid internship where you will support marketing initiatives, create point‑of‑sale materials and manage the brand’s social media presence in the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with agencies to design and produce eye‑catching POS materials for retail promotions.
• Lead the print‑to‑design process, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Support product launches by handling activation codes, e‑commerce visibility and stakeholder briefings.
• Create e‑commerce assets, including high‑quality product images.
• Develop and execute a weekly organic content plan for KitKat’s Dutch social media channels.
• Coordinate with communication agencies, influencers and website designers to deliver marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with strong English proficiency.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Autonomous, proactive and able to work independently.
• Positive mindset, team‑player attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with Nielsen data (a plus).
