Marketing Design & Ad Specialist

About the role

This remote position supports a fast‑moving consumer brand in the natural and organic products space. You will blend creative design with performance marketing to produce high‑impact visual assets for paid and organic campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and video creatives for paid advertising and organic social media.
• Develop and adapt visual assets that align with brand identity and performance goals.
• Launch, monitor and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Test and iterate creative concepts using performance data.
• Support the creation of presentations, sales collateral and product listings.
• Analyse campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to set priorities, budgets and creative direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation and paid‑media management.
• Hands‑on experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok platforms.
• Strong graphic‑design abilities for both static visuals and video content.
• Solid understanding of performance‑marketing principles and data‑driven optimisation.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time‑management skills in a remote environment.
• Experience with consumer brands, e‑commerce or CPG products is a plus.
