Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing team in executing projects, managing data, and coordinating product launches within a collaborative, people‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager, Senior Manager and Director with ongoing initiatives such as product launches, digital campaigns, analysis and sample management.
• Own data‑management tasks including GS1 requests, MDM code creation and updates across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate the packaging process – from copydeck preparation through approvals to printing – with internal and external partners.
• Support shopper‑marketing activations and help manage the category’s marketing budget, purchase orders, invoice payments and monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain portfolio‑management tools and oversee the product‑sample workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the food or consumer‑products industry.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline‑driven setting.
• Analytical mindset with a goal‑oriented attitude.
• Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using GS1 data‑management systems and creating MDM codes.
