Marketing & Communications Director

About the role

Pluxee is seeking a Marketing & Communications Director to shape and execute the local marketing strategy for its employee benefits and engagement platform. Working closely with the Country Product Director and the Country Leadership Team, you will translate global objectives into compelling market propositions, brand positioning, and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define the local offer proposition in partnership with the Country Product Director.
• Translate Pluxee’s global marketing strategy into local market opportunities and go‑to‑market plans.
• Lead initiatives to acquire new customers, deepen existing relationships, and increase brand awareness.
• Build thought leadership and manage external communications for the BeLux market.
• Set commercial marketing objectives aligned with business strategy.
• Represent BeLux on the Pluxee Marketing Committee and collaborate with global teams.
• Develop deep customer insights through market research, sales feedback, and data analysis.
• Monitor market and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Define the marketing mix, including pricing, segmentation, channels, and partnership opportunities.
• Translate strategy into impactful campaigns, promotions, and digital programs.
• Build and develop a high‑performing marketing organization, fostering trust, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Marketing Management certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles within B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
