Marine Electronics Technician – Antwerp

About the role

Join a leading marine electronics service network at the heart of Europe’s busiest port. As a Marine Electronics Technician you will be the primary point of contact for shipboard electronics repairs, installations and upgrades, ensuring vessels can navigate, communicate and stay connected without downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the sole technical contact for shipboard electronics repairs, installations and upgrades across Antwerp and surrounding waters.
• Maintain and troubleshoot navigation, communication and satellite systems to keep vessels compliant and safe.
• Diagnose and resolve faults independently, both on‑board and on‑site, often under real‑time pressure.

Required profile

• Hands‑on technician comfortable troubleshooting live faults under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of marine navigation, communication or satellite equipment, or a fast‑learning technical background.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and on‑call as ship‑in‑port schedules demand.
• Trusted by clients to work unsupervised aboard vessels.
