Manufacturing Operations Lead (Hands-On)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Operations Lead to own the end‑to‑end production of our ServersCheck and SwitchMon product lines. Based on‑site in Zaventem, Belgium, you will work directly with our contracted manufacturers and 3PL partners to ensure products are built, tested and shipped on schedule and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the product flow from component sourcing to final delivery.
• Perform on‑site quality control, final testing, kitting, packing and shipping.
• Manage contracted manufacturers, enforcing quality, cost and lead‑time commitments.
• Coordinate 3PL partners for inventory stocking and outbound logistics, ensuring on‑time‑in‑full performance.
• Source components, manage suppliers and purchase orders, and keep inbound supply flowing.
• Plan production schedules with manufacturing partners to meet demand while avoiding excess inventory.
• Maintain inventory levels, balancing stock availability with cash flow.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to introduce new products and revisions into production.
• Continuously improve processes to keep operations lean, fast and reliable.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, supply‑chain or operations, preferably with electronics or hardware products.
• Comfortable working on the shop floor – performing QC, testing, packing and shipping yourself.
• Proven track record coordinating sourcing, production and delivery with external manufacturers and logistics partners.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple suppliers, schedules and quality checkpoints simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking lead times, quality metrics and inventory.
