About the role

Mastercard Academy is seeking a motivated Training Manager to lead the design, development and commercialisation of best‑in‑class learning solutions for our customers. The role will deliver programmes both face‑to‑face and virtually, working closely with Academy faculty and internal stakeholders to ensure high‑impact learning journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and delivery of new and existing training programmes, applying instructional design best practices and interactive learning elements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Academy faculty to produce consistent, accurate training materials aligned with Academy standards.
• Drive the sales process for assigned training solutions, engaging internal and external clients and managing the full commercial cycle.
• Collect and analyse post‑delivery feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes and customer experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders through a consultative, client‑focused approach.
• Travel within the region as required to support programme delivery and client engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a consulting or corporate training environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel regionally and adapt to varied client needs.
