Manager – Business Risk Advisory

About the role

Step up as a Manager or Supervisor Business Risk Advisory at Grant Thornton. You will lead assignments, act as the main point of contact for clients, and guide teams in strengthening internal control and risk‑management environments while working in a collaborative, growth‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for the execution of audit assignments.
• Analyse process flows and risk domains to ensure controls are efficient, effective and correctly applied.
• Perform internal audit assignments on an ad‑hoc or project basis using a risk‑based approach.
• Report conclusions and recommendations to improve process efficiency and internal controls.
• Present findings and recommendations to client teams, audit committees or boards of directors.
• Stay up‑to‑date with professional knowledge and emerging trends that add value to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an internal auditor and a Master’s degree.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with clear reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Willingness to deepen audit‑standard knowledge and pursue certification (e.g., CIA or IAP).
• Proficiency in Dutch or French and English, with high integrity handling confidential information.
