Management Traineeship – 26‑Month Rotational Program

About the role

Ormit Talent offers a 26‑month Management Traineeship that rotates you through leading Belgian companies such as Vinçotte, D’Ieteren, BNP Paribas Fortis, Brussels Airport Company and STIB‑MIVB. You will work on real projects in operations, finance, supply chain, communication and IT while receiving coaching and formal training.

Key responsibilities

• Complete short‑term assignments in different functional areas across partner companies.
• Conduct data analysis, support projects and contribute to business processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable impact.
• Participate in a structured development program including workshops and a personal coach.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in any discipline (maximum three years of work experience).
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with at least B2 level in the other language.
• Advanced English (C1 level).
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn across multiple business domains.
