Management Trainee – Hospitality (m/f/d) in Brussels

About the role

Join Motel One’s Management Trainee Programme in Brussels and rotate through three hotels over 12‑18 months to gain hands‑on experience across all operational departments. You will develop the skills needed to become a future Hotel Manager while working in a modern, design‑focused hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments to understand daily operations.
• Contribute to guest experience improvements and identify operational efficiencies.
• Support managers in team coordination, motivation and leadership projects.
• Participate in internal training sessions and workshops at the Motel One Campus.
• Work on special projects under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least one year of operational experience in hotel departments; leadership experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and be flexible regarding location.
• Strong social skills, open communication style and positive attitude.
• Analytical thinking, quality awareness and ambition to become a Hotel Manager.
