Management Trainee – Hospitality (Brussels)

About the role

Join Motel One’s Management Trainee Programme in Brussels and rotate through three hotels over 12‑18 months. You will gain hands‑on experience across all operational areas, from front office to housekeeping and food & beverage, while being mentored by senior managers.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through front office, housekeeping, and F&B departments, contributing to daily operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support guest‑experience initiatives.
• Assist managers with team coordination, motivation, and leadership projects.
• Participate in internal training sessions and workshops at the Motel One Campus.
• Develop a personal development plan with regular feedback from a dedicated mentor.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least one year of operational experience in a hotel setting; leadership experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and be flexible regarding location.
• Strong social skills, open communication style, and a positive attitude.
• Analytical thinking, high quality awareness, and ambition to become a Hotel Manager.
