Management Consulting Internship – Banking & Capital Markets

About the role

Our Banking & Capital Markets (B&CM) team works on client lifecycle management, regulatory transformation, operational efficiency and digital innovation for financial services firms. As an intern you will join a collaborative, international environment where learning, innovation and impact are central, and you will contribute to shaping the future of banking and capital markets alongside experienced consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Support consulting teams on real Banking & Capital Markets client projects from day one, preparing client‑ready deliverables such as presentations, analyses and documentation.
• Analyze client and project data, synthesize insights and proactively flag risks, issues or improvement opportunities.
• Assist in structuring and running meetings and workshops, including agenda preparation, note‑taking and outcome synthesis.
• Contribute to business and transformation topics such as asset management, credits, payments, AI‑enabled transformation, KYC/AML and regulatory initiatives.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor or Master student with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Curious, learning‑mindset and comfortable asking questions to build consulting foundations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, structured project environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French or Dutch are a plus.
• Interest in financial services, including asset management, credits, payments, AI transformation and KYC/AML.
