M365 Developer

About the role

Devoteam, a consulting firm focused on digital transformation, is looking for an M365 Developer to join its Cloud, Data & AI practice. You will design, code and deploy custom solutions across the full Microsoft 365 stack, from SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions and Azure Functions to Power Platform applications and Copilot Studio agents, connecting them through the Microsoft Graph API and custom integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy custom SPFx solutions for SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Build and deploy Azure Functions and other Azure services, and integrate them with M365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop Copilot Studio agents with custom actions, plugins and integrations to backend systems.
• Build and deploy custom Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) with complex business logic.
• Develop custom connectors and API integrations between M365, Power Platform, Azure and third-party systems using the Microsoft Graph API.
• Configure Microsoft Entra ID app registrations and authentication for custom applications.
• Design and maintain Dataverse data models, including security roles and data modelling best practices.
• Take part in all phases of the application lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including security and data handling considerations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing custom solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure.
• Strong experience building SPFx solutions with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience building and deploying Azure Functions and integrating them with M365 or Power Platform.
• Experience building custom connectors and integrating with third-party APIs.
• Experience with Dataverse, including data modelling and security configuration.
• Fluent English and either French or Dutch, or both.

• Microsoft Entra ID for application authentication and authorization
• Familiarity with ALM tools and practices

Certifications

• Mandatory: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).
• Nice to have: PL-200, AB-410, PL-300, PL-400, PL-600, AB-100.
