Logistics Specialist – Vehicle Supply & Distribution

About the role

MG is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to manage finished‑vehicle logistics for the Belgian market. The role ensures smooth vehicle flows from ports in Belgium and the Netherlands to MG dealerships, supporting supply planning and sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support vehicle supply planning, monitor pipeline status, and allocate deliveries based on sales demand.
• Coordinate transportation from ports to dealerships, track lead times and delivery performance.
• Serve as the primary logistics contact for dealers, handling schedule queries and operational issues.
• Collaborate with European supply‑chain teams to maintain stable vehicle availability.
• Prepare regular logistics, sales, and KPI reports and keep system data up to date.
• Monitor vehicle quality during handling, storage, and transport, and coordinate inspection processes.

Required profile

• Proactive and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in coordinating vehicle or automotive logistics.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with dealers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ability to analyse inventory levels and support stock efficiency improvements.
