Logistics Manager – Build New Warehouse Hub

About the role

We are creating a brand‑new, purpose‑built logistics hub in the Antwerp/Mechelen region, scheduled to open in early 2027. As Logistics Manager you will own the end‑to‑end warehouse operation from day one, guiding the transition from two existing sites and building a high‑performing team on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of receiving, storage, picking, packing and outbound processes.
• Lead the site transition, then recruit, train and develop a new warehouse team.
• Manage relationships with external transport partners (3PL) and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Own and monitor KPIs for delivery reliability, productivity and inventory accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement using ERP/WMS tools, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
• Act as the de‑facto site lead for an independent, standalone location.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Hands‑on, floor‑first attitude – this is not a desk‑only role.
• Experience leading teams through major change such as site moves or restructures.
• Comfortable operating a standalone site with full autonomy.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Commitment to long‑term growth within the organization.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/WMS) experience.
