About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Manager for a four‑month assignment in Brussels. You will lead the professionalisation of our supply chain, ensuring efficient processes, accurate forecasting and strong KPI governance.

Key responsibilities

Implement KPIs, optimise processes and improve forecasting across the supply chain.
Manage 3PL providers, warehouses and transportation partners, monitoring SLAs and controlling costs.
Optimise inventory levels, working capital and service levels.
Support international expansion by designing scalable logistics processes and coordinating cross‑border flows.
Contribute to a future‑proof logistics strategy that underpins company growth.

Required profile

Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage or Consumer Goods sectors.
Background in warehousing and distribution.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and planning.
Proven track record managing 3PL providers.
KPI‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Required skills

Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
