Level 2 IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator

About the role

Spektrum is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator to join the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) team. The role focuses on providing second‑line support for JISR software systems used in NATO’s secure communications and information technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support and service management for JISR applications (NAMIS, CoreGIS, REACT, Intel‑FS, and related tools).
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and change requests using the NCIA ITSM platform and Azure DevOps ticketing systems.
• Document, categorize, and resolve issues in accordance with NATO security and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Level 2 IT support within a complex, security‑sensitive environment.
• Familiarity with NATO or other government/defence IT infrastructures.
• Ability to work with incident and change management processes and adhere to strict documentation standards.

Required skills

• JISR software suite (NAMIS, CoreGIS, REACT, Intel‑FS).
• IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
• Azure DevOps for ticket handling and change tracking.
