Legal AI Prompt Writer (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking legal professionals to help train and evaluate AI systems that work with legal documents, workflows, and administrative records. This remote contractor position blends modern AI technology with meticulous legal documentation, making it ideal for detail‑oriented, process‑driven individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear AI prompts and high‑quality reference responses based on real legal documents such as contracts, policies, filings, and procedural steps.
• Review, compare, and score AI outputs for legal accuracy, completeness, clarity, and compliance with guidelines, providing concise rationales.
• Manually extract and digitise information from paper‑based or scanned legal records, entering data into structured formats while flagging ambiguities, inconsistencies, and missing elements.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with legal documentation and workflows (drafting, reviewing, filing, summarising, organising records, matter management).
• Familiarity with structured, paper‑heavy legal environments such as courts, municipalities, ministries, agencies, universities, hospitals, or NGOs (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, able to spot inconsistencies in dates, parties, citations, numbering, and cross‑references.
• Minimum B2 English proficiency for understanding guidelines and drafting rationales.
