Learning and Development Partner – Dutch Speaker

About the role

Tesla is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Learning and Development Partner to design, deliver and continuously improve training for Sales & Delivery teams across Western Europe. You will work closely with regional stakeholders and central EMEA L&D partners to create engaging virtual and face‑to‑face learning experiences that support business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and host regular virtual and in‑person training sessions on systems, processes and sales skills.
• Identify regional knowledge gaps and align training content with sales and delivery priorities.
• Collaborate with global L&D teams to localise content, create course outlines, objectives and scripts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials and incorporate feedback to improve learner outcomes.
• Support major product or workflow roll‑outs by preparing talking points, localisation resources and trainer enablement.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and facilitating both virtual and classroom‑based instructor‑led training.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills.
• Native Dutch speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
