Missions principales

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
• Design, architect, and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance .NET applications tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and QA, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial requirement gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold the highest standards of code quality.
• Work in tandem with Project Managers to estimate timelines, identify potential technical risks, and propose efficient solutions.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and integrate best practices into the development workflow.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record as a Lead .NET Developer or in a similar technical leadership role.
• Strong ability to solve complex technical problems with speed and efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile methodologies.

• Expertise in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and associated technologies.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Mastery of Agile development tools and methodologies.
