Lead Developer

About the role

Adhese, an ad‑management and analytics software company, is looking for a Lead Developer to ensure its technology keeps pace with its vision. You will work on a wide range of systems – from Java enterprise back‑ends to JavaScript front‑ends, MySQL databases and FastCGI components – and help shape the future of online advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain core platform components across the stack.
• Translate business ideas into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor a small, self‑organised development team.
• Coordinate integration between Adhese services and client systems.
• Participate in planning, organising and ensuring delivery of projects.

Required profile

• Senior developer with several years of experience in software engineering.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, independent team environment.
• Ability to break down complex problems and propose robust solutions.
• Willingness to lead discussions, guide teammates and take ownership of delivery.
