Lead C++ Software Engineer

As a Lead C++ Software Engineer you will own the design and delivery of high‑performance, scalable systems while guiding a team of engineers to turn complex requirements into production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design robust, high‑performance C++ solutions with a focus on maintainability and cross‑component integration.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of delivery, defining clear milestones and ensuring reliable execution.
• Provide technical direction, remove blockers and foster a strong “getting‑things‑done” mindset within the team.
• Collaborate with product analysts to clarify requirements and ensure feasibility.
• Ensure technical correctness, performance and scalability, working closely with QA to enable automation and fast feedback loops.
• Engage with customers to understand issues, drive rapid resolutions and guarantee real‑world robustness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of professional C++ development experience.
• Strong algorithmic and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Broad curiosity about emerging technologies and ability to stay up‑to‑date.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality software.
