Last-Mile Delivery Station Manager

About the role

JD Logistics is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Delivery Station Manager to lead its last‑mile delivery operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily station activities, driving team performance and ensuring a high level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery station operations, including planning, resource allocation and execution of last‑mile deliveries.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate a high‑performing team, conducting daily briefings to align staff with targets.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and resource levels to meet fluctuating demand.
• Foster a collaborative workplace culture focused on accountability and development.
• Monitor operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficiency measures.
• Resolve service issues promptly to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and quality standards.
• Collaborate with transport, HR and customer service teams to support broader business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or last‑mile delivery operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and coaching capabilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using KPIs to guide decisions.
• Background in e‑commerce, courier or delivery service operations is a plus.
