Key Lead - Hollister, Waasland Shopping Center

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Key Lead for its Hollister store at the Waasland Shopping Center in Sint-Niklaas. The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and customers receive a quality in-store experience. The role is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance through customer experience and daily sales.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent, preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory or management experience required
• Fluency in English and Dutch (CEFR B2)
• Availability on Saturdays and some Sundays, at least 24 hours per week, with extra hours during peak times

• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills and knowledge of current fashion trends
• Adaptability, flexibility and ability to balance several tasks
