Key Account Manager – Energy Storage Solutions (Netherlands)

About the role

KSTAR is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to accelerate the growth of its Energy Storage Systems (ESS) business in the Netherlands. You will build and nurture relationships with local installers and EPC firms, turning project opportunities into successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage relationships with installers and EPC companies through regular on‑site visits.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closing for residential and C&I ESS solutions.
• Coordinate with pre‑sales, technical and logistics teams to deliver tailored solutions and support technical discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback for product and strategy improvements.
• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and achieve assigned targets.
• Support local trainings, roadshows and co‑marketing activities to strengthen KSTAR’s brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in solar PV, energy storage or the electrical industry.
• Strong network with installers or EPC companies in the Netherlands.
• Proven track record in project‑based sales.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and a valid driving licence.
