Key Account Manager (Dutch speaking) – Belgium

About the role

Alan is a prevention‑focused health insurance company building a new standard in health care. They are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Key Account Manager to manage strategic corporate accounts across Belgium, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic and flagship companies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan’s health‑partner positioning to achieve high adoption rates.
• Identify early signals of dissatisfaction and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present consumption reports and business reviews to customers.
• Lead cross‑selling and upselling initiatives, renegotiating contracts to balance value and profitability.
• Act as the voice of customers in product discussions and support new customer acquisition alongside sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or key‑account sales.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to identify client needs.
• Proven track record of growing and retaining corporate accounts.
