Key Account Manager – Controlled Environment (Belgium & France)

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for Controlled Environment, you will lead sales activities for Belgium and France, promoting Vileda Professional solutions and driving growth in the cleaning‑products market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Controlled Environment sales strategy for Belgium and France, aligning with regional and global objectives.
• Identify, acquire and nurture relationships with key end‑users, influencers and decision‑makers.
• Lead customer acquisition, account development and new‑business opportunities.
• Execute sales initiatives, product launches, commercial programmes and market deployment strategies.
• Provide market, customer and competitive insights to shape product innovation and business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality & Innovation teams across borders.
• Support indirect sales channels and local teams through training, coaching and joint customer development.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies while continuously improving performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Strong commercial mindset with a willingness to grow and develop.
• Ability to work autonomously and act as an entrepreneurial business leader.
