Key Account Manager – Anti-Infectives (Flanders)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive the growth of an anti‑infectives portfolio across hospital accounts in Flanders. The role involves managing a portfolio of hospital customers, delivering scientific information, and ensuring commercial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a territory business plan, prioritising hospital accounts and analysing performance.
• Provide scientific and medical information to key stakeholders and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Organise and support meetings, events and congress participation.
• Maintain and analyse territory data, ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product indications, competitive landscape and maintain scientific expertise.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in hospital sales or key account management; experience in infectious diseases or microbiology is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, autonomous, structured and commercially driven.
• Fluent in Dutch; based in Flanders or Brussels preferred.
