Junior Web Designer

About the role

Zebrah, an emerging marketing agency in Milan, is seeking a Junior Web Designer to join its creative team. The role offers hands‑on training, real‑world project experience, and the chance to grow within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites with a strong focus on UX and visual design.
• Work with CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress (Elementor) and Shopify.
• Create engaging visual and animated content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Produce images, videos, and motion graphics using graphic and motion‑design tools.
• Handle basic website maintenance for client sites.
• Collaborate with the creative team on concept development.

Required profile

• Education in Web Design, Digital Media or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Collaborative spirit, curiosity and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere.
• Figma.
• WordPress, Webflow, Shopify.
• HTML and CSS.
• JavaScript and jQuery (nice to have).
• React (nice to have).
• Basic SEO best practices.
• Ability to create motion graphics for web and social media.
• Generating and validating AI prompts for creative use.
