Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
Everience is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its growing international recruitment needs. You will work within a dynamic, AI‑focused environment, handling end‑to‑end hiring processes for both internal and external positions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS (SmartRecruiters, BoondManager).
- Monitor and improve internal recruitment efficiency.
- Collaborate with the European Talent Acquisition network to share best practices.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, in‑house or agency.
- Strong communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced, international setting.
Required skills
- Experience with ATS tools, preferably SmartRecruiters.
- Familiarity with BoondManager.
